Our Mission
To build cultural understanding through the global dissemination of Chinese art and educational philanthropy, fostering harmony across generations and nations. PCF believes art inspires empathy, and education unlocks opportunity — together, they can create a more peaceful and beautiful world.
Foundation History
In 1994, Paning Wong established the Paning Centennial Foundation. The foundation’s first education donations were shipments of books to rural primary schools in China.

Our Locations
Since then, the foundation has set-up scholarship programs in 10 Universities across China, donated books and other supplies to over 1,000 primary and secondary schools, and cooperated with schools to build libraries and special needs classrooms.
In addition to education donations, the foundation aspires to promote Chinese culture through the donation of works of art from Chinese artists to museums around the world.
Mr. Paning Wong, the founder and chairman of PCF, began his journey in Shanghai, grew professionally through engineering and oil & gas development across Asia and North America, and ultimately turned his focus to art, education, and philanthropy. His belief in bridging East and West through culture continues to guide the Foundation today. He is a private collectors of contemporary Chinese woodblock prints and has donated to over 200 institutions.
